Shipping Policy

Orders placed within Canada are shipped on the same day or next business day, depending on the time of day your order was placed. We do not ship on weekends.

Orders placed in Canada are expected to arrive in 1-7 business days, depending on which province you live in. 

You’ll receive an email from Purolator with a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order.

USA orders

Orders placed in the US are Shipped 1-2 business after your order is placed. 

These orders are shipped from our location in Canada.

US orders are expected to arrive in 4-10 business days, depending on which part of the country you live in.

We do not ship on weekends, this is why we say “business day”.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information from Purolator within 48 hours of your order being placed.

International orders

International orders – outside of Canada and the US – are shipped within 2-3 business days and are expected to arrive in 5-17 days, depending on where you live.

International orders will be shipped from our warehouse in China.

You’ll receive an email with your tracking information within 48 hours after your order is placed.

Commonly asked questions

Why hasn’t my tracking number updated?

Tracking numbers usually do not update until the package arrives in your local Province / City.

The tracking information will show the location where the package was picked up and then won’t be updated until it arrives in your Country / Province / City.

Why is the shipment delayed?

Shipments are usually delayed because of uncontrollable circumstances, like: natural disasters,

Holidays or logistical problems with the shipping company.

How do I confirm my order?

After you place your order you’ll receive a receipt by email that includes your order’s details.
