We offer refunds before your order is shipped from our warehouse. 

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot process a refund.

Note: If you use different shipping and billing addresses when placing your order, our payment processor automatically marks it as a high-risk transaction and there is a high likelihood the order will be flagged and canceled and your payment will be refunded.

All of our products are built to the highest standard and are tested for defects before being shipped to our customers.
