Ryan was the best throughout the whole experience. Hes a stand up dude and was immediate in helping with any questions. His street board (which I bought) is phenomenal and just performs day after day. I’ve had other brands and they burn up in no time. I’m 235lbs and the street pulls me no problems. Amazing customer service. every question I had was answered quickly. very affordable price compared to the other eboards out there and after having received the board i am amazed with its performance. great battery life and more speed/ powerful motors than i could ever need. i love the low profile of that battery and ecs casing along the bottom of the board. all and all its beyond my expectations.11/10 would recomend

Great customer service. No third party payments or call centre overseas. Just Direct contact with company owner, Ryan. I purchased the “street” model. It arrived within a week. No issues. The board is great, very pleased. I can confidently recommend Shaboardz.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. He provided excellent customer service when I faced an issue with my board. He personally came to pick up the board and had it fixed within a few hours. Honestly would recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good quality electric longboard.

I ordered the Coast model online and It is amazing the top speed is fast enough to scare you,the board is built extremely durable, and the battery life was exceptionally better than expected. It arrived in the mail a day early so fast shipping. The Customer support is also some of the best I’ve ever encountered.

Overall a great local Canadian shop to buy a board from with amazing customer service. I recently bought their MTN board and it’s quite the ride. Ryan is a great guy selling a great product. Very happy with my shaboardz skateboard. It’s got great range lots of pick up. Even up hill it pulls hard and I’m 215. They also honour the warranty for any maintenance that might be necessary. Making it very easy to meet for a quick drop off and pick up. I would recommend this company to anyone and have. Looking forward to purchasing the mountain board next

Ordered the Coast, my first eskate, I absolutely love it! Max speed is 39 km/h according to my phone app, better than expected :). Also very pleased with the company, I lost a few screws and they me send me some new ones in a few days, love the reactivity!

Tried a friend’s Shaboard for literally a few minutes and knew I had to get one. Ordered the cruise the same week. Good price and nice board. A month in I’m really enjoying the ride and feel totally comfortable riding. My friend bought one too and he never rode longboards before, he found it easy to learn and is carving it up. Very happy.
